Whenever I come to Jeju, I have always rented an electric car, but there wasn't a car I liked. I considered renting a larger car but thought parking would be difficult, so I rented a hybrid Tucson and found it very easy to drive and good. The car was clean and decent. This was my first time with OK Rent-a-Car after using another company, and the staff were kind and nice. I recommend renting a car with a dashcam. It's also great that they refund any leftover fuel. <Time wasted during the vehicle pickup process and missing preselected options because of a vehicle change> I went to receive the vehicle I had reserved in advance, but they said they couldn't give it to me because “the previous customer hadn't returned it.” Then they changed the car, saying a hybrid was better, but the replacement was missing the ventilated seats—the option I had focused on and chosen because I get hot easily. <Mismatch between the options shown in the app and those available on site> I clearly selected and paid for full CDW in the app. However, on site they told me, “That's what the Dolharupang app shows, but if you want the coverage you want, you have to pay extra.” Since I wanted the maximum coverage available, I had no choice but to pay extra on site.
