Accent 2019 It was a new car, but there was some pre-existing damage around the wheel.
At pickup, the employee was so busy that they missed it, and I almost incurred an additional charge at drop-off.
The employee recommended that I take another video at pickup, so the damage was visible in the video I had recorded and was resolved without any major issues.
The price is affordable, the staff are friendly, and the car is very clean and well-maintained.
As long as you carefully check the car at pickup and don’t miss even the small details, I think this is a company worth using again.

Rental car At the very least, the GPS should be fixed because the same name shows a different address. The shuttle intervals are way too long and eat up all your time.

Rental car It was close to the airport, there was no cigarette smell inside the car, the car drove well, and the staff were friendly, so I was very pleased. ^_^
Even though I booked just two hours in advance on the same day, everything was handled neatly and quickly, making it a pleasant trip from beginning to end. I’m 10,000% willing to use them again. ????

Rental car Pickup and return were quick and smooth, which was great. When I called about something inconvenient during the rental, they responded kindly. Fortunately, it was nothing serious, and I drove safely for the week. I'd use them again!

Rental car I selected full coverage through Dolharubang, but when I arrived, I was told that customers who paid through Dolharubang get Super Coverage instead of Full Coverage... It was a little confusing. Since there wasn't another car available right away, I went ahead and drove it. Everything else was okay.

Rental car I think the low price is the biggest advantage. The vehicle was somewhat old, smelled a bit, and had fairly serious scratches, but I think the price was really competitive.
